The TS Indiramma Housing Scheme was launched by the Chief Minister of Telangana, Revanth Reddy, on March 11, 2024. Under this scheme, financial assistance is provided to all disabled citizens, farmers, laborers, Dalits, sanitation workers, workers, transgender individuals, and other economically weaker and marginalized communities residing in Telangana to help them build their own permanent houses.

Under the TS Indiramma Housing Scheme, the Telangana government will directly provide up to ₹500,000 for the construction of a permanent house to the beneficiaries through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer). TS Indiramma House Sanction List 2025

In the state of Telangana, the government is providing assistance to various individuals for the construction of permanent houses. Eligibility for TS Indiramma Housing Scheme

To avail the benefits of the TS Indiramma Housing Scheme, the following eligibility criteria must be met:

• The applicant must be over 21 years of age.
• The applicant must be a permanent resident of Telangana.
• The applicant must not have received the benefit of a permanent house before.
• The applicant’s bank account must be DBT-enabled.
• The applicant must not be a government employee.
• The applicant’s name should be under the Telangana state voter ID list.
• The applicant must have a ration card.

Benefits under TS Indiramma Housing Scheme

Apart from the PM Housing Scheme run by the central government, the Telangana government is providing separate housing assistance for the marginalized and deprived communities in the state to build their permanent homes. Financial assistance for building a permanent house will be provided by the Telangana government under this scheme.

• Under the TS Indiramma Housing Scheme, selected candidates will receive financial assistance up to ₹500,000 from the Telangana Government’s Housing Allocation Department.
• Financial assistance will also be provided for constructing a permanent toilet.
• The beneficiaries will be eligible for many other government schemes based on the list.
• The housing assistance amount will be directly transferred to the beneficiary’s bank account via DBT.

TS Indiramma House Approved List

The Housing Allocation Department of the Telangana government has officially released the TS Indiramma Housing Scheme New Approved List 2025. Now, only those whose names are included in this new list will receive the ₹500,000 housing assistance from the Telangana government, which will be transferred via DBT to their bank accounts.

How to Check TS Indiramma House Sanction List

To check the new approved list for the TS Indiramma Housing Scheme, you need to visit the official portal, where you can check your name in the list online.

• First, visit the official website of the Indiramma Illu Housing Scheme.
• On the homepage, click on the option “TS Indiramma House Sanction List.”
• Enter your mobile number, application number, and Aadhaar card number, and then click on the “Get OTP” option.
• An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Verify the OTP and then click on the “Search” option.
• The Indiramma Housing Scheme list will be displayed on your screen.
• You can now check your name in this housing approved list.
